World IBD Day
May 19 was World IBD Day, a day to raise awareness about Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, collectively known as inflammatory bowel disease. Our researchers are working to better understand the immune attributes of these diseases – the Allen Institute for Immunology’s Aldan Beaubien recently shared his personal journey with Crohn’s disease on our podcast.
