We’ve extended the Next Generation Leaders Council application deadline to July 12 and are actively seeking applications from Black and other underrepresented minority scientists.

New Patch-seq data and more in latest data release

Explore the openly available datasets, tools and models recently posted to brain-map.org. The latest data release includes our first Patch-seq human and mouse datasets, capturing transcriptomic, electrophysiological and morphological information from the same neurons, and a 10X single-cell RNA-sequencing dataset with gene expression for 1.1 million cells from the mouse cortex and hippocampus.
