3 new cell lines available, including first triple-edited line
The Allen Cell Collection has 3 new lines available, each labeling structures of the nucleus and the nucleolus. One of the new lines is the collection’s first triple-edited stem cell line, which is edited to enable sequence-specific repression of gene expression via the CRISPR interference method and additionally labels two nucleolar substructures.
