BioImage Informatics 2019
Together with the Allen Institute for Brain Science, we are co-hosting BioImage Informatics 2019 October 2-4 at the Allen Institute. This conference will explore processing, analysis and extraction of information and knowledge from biomedical images. Abstract submission for poster presentations is now open until August 7, 2019.

Workshop on 3D visualization
The Allen Institute for Cell Science is also hosting a pre-conference workshop ahead of BioImage Informatics on October 1, “3D Quantitative Visualization of Fluorescently Labeled Cells.” This hands-on workshop is intended for biologists who want to learn ways to access, view, and interrogate 3D fluorescence microscopy data.
